Majlis perasmian berlangsung pada 26 Julai, bersamaan hari Selasa, pada jam 2:30 petang. Majlis bermula setelah kesemua peserta dan para VIP telah tiba. Ketibaan para tetamu kehormat telah diiringi dengan paluan kompang oleh pelajar seni persembahan Foundation 3. Majlis dimulakan dengan nyanyian negaraku dan varsiti kita. Kemudian, disusuli dengan bacaan doa oleh pelajar Kolej PERMATApintar Negara iaitu Wan Ahmad Ghazaly. Selepas itu, dua persembahan tarian telah dipersembahkan oleh pelajar SP (seni persembahan) yang teridiri daripada beberapa orang pelajar foundation 2 dan 3. Seterusnya, tayangan video montaj telah. Selesai sahaja tayangan video,dijemput Prof Dato' Dr. Noriah untuk memberikan ucapan alu-aluan kepada peserta-peserta program ini. Tidak lama selepas itu, tamatlah majlis permasmian.

Majlis penutupan berlangsung pada jam 11.15 pagi pada hari Khamis, bersamaan dengan 28 Julai 2016. Majlis sepatutnya bermula pada jam 11.00 pagi, tetapi, disebabkan bengkel habis lewat, majlis penutupan pun bermula lewat. Sebelum, majlis penutupan berlangsung, acara penyampaian hadiah telah diadakan. Sesudahnya acara penyampaian hadiah, pelajar seni persembahan sekali lagi mempersembahkan tarian yang menrik untuk ditonton. Selepas itu, diteruskan dengan majlis penutupan. Majlis penutupan telah dirasmikan oleh Naib Timbalan Canselori Univeristi Kebangsaan Malaysia. majlis bersurai.
